We were thrilled to connect with so many of you at the Frankfurt Book Fair! This year’s fair saw an encouraging rise in attendance, with 114,000 attendees eager to explore the latest industry trends. The fair’s more focused layout—occupying about 50% of the Buchmesse’s total display space—created an intimate and manageable environment.

The fair started with a sustainability symposium, addressing timely topics such as the upcoming EU Deforestation Regulation impacting publishers. One of the most notable trends at the fair was the growing emphasis on accessibility, audiobooks, and AI — all areas in which Nord Compo excels. We’ve been leading the charge in accessibility for years and are excited to see these topics taking center stage.
